Dispersi
Dispersi is a photographic project that collects analog black and white images made over the course of years. It is a constant and intimate search that presents, through decontextualized subjects lost within the surrounding space, the feeling of loss and paralysis that can affect the self, stripping it of meaning and dwelling. An ego that loses itself in order to find itself again, that makes a path, that seeks the way. Dispersi wants to tell the story of the silence of the space around, the sense of emptiness and the patience in welcoming it.The images are accompanied by a short text: an exchange of messages presented in the middle, from the point of view of only one of the two interlocutors, messages between two friends, two confidants.Dispersi is a kind rescue to you who are lost, one and a million times, in the woods, in the city or inside your house, and a thank you for giving me the consciousness of waiting.
