this book was born from the collaboration of Alessandro Baldini and Khalid Abaker with the intention of bringing a message of integration between two people belonging to two different worlds who were able to meet and build this project together. In these text and photographs there is a feeling of having to express ourselves to try to leave another drop in that sea of stories that every day people decide to tell and show. We think that at the basis of every relationship between people there should be humanity. Even if Western society & still very far from proposing a system of welcome and integration, on the contrary it denies the existence of the human being, for futile national and European regulations and laws, we believe and have the hope that one day The human being will come out of this long hibernation where Humanity, brotherhood, solidarity has been annihilated, for the fear of losing what one has, at the expense of a life of sharing and Humanity.
